Tayasui Sketches Pro App Reviews

You took away my absolute favorite feature which was the magic wand. Good job tayasui (note the sarcasm). Im glad that I got this app for free and feel bad for anyone who actually paid money.

I love this app and its tool, but I do miss the magic wand feature that allows me to apply different effects to my pictures as my background.

The upadate took away one of my most favorite features which was being able to add reference pictures!!! Please fix

I love this app, and its new features. However, how can anyone work with 3 layers!? We need way more layers than that please.

PROS: More accurate Pen tracking than other apps Ive tried Works great with Apple pencil (although only one brush seems to support angle shading) Generally simple interface doesnt overwhelm you with complexity Fill tool offers nice pattern effects CONS: Skeuomorphic pen icons on side tend to get in the way a lot Long skinny color palette makes poor use of screen real estate Built in help not searchable Text entry options limited

I like the previous Sketches better.... Probably go back to Art Studio....

I am a artist with things to draw, I dont have time to click no for me to change the setting, everytime I use the paint brush. I also, would like to move my frames too. This update has too many bugs, too many mistakes and too many useless tools! Either change it or Im deleting the app. I already started looking for new drawing apps. It takes too much time now to draw a decent picture. I didnt really pay money for this app but I know other people did and its not fair for them. Fix it.

Darling, the update was nice with all the new tools and stuff, but I mean come on! I cant draw with this. I used to be able to put references in the corner but I cant do that no more! Also when I color it overshades which is not okay. The fact I cant draw without smudges is absolutely absurd darling! Would you please change it back to what it used to, only with the new tools? I really like this app and I love the new things you can do with layers, with blending and smudging the ink, and drawing straight lines, but I really miss being able to adjust the size and opacity of the tools. It made it easier for me draw details and its harder now to add shading to things.

Im an artist (well, not really, but I do art for people and I have an Instagram account of my art btw my Insta is Littleninjakittyart) and I love this app for my art! I can make beautiful sketches with the watercolor and there is many tools for different looks! This makes me feel very professional

The new update is pretty cool but it increases the app size almost double Its only app in appstore that delivers what its say and Its kind fun using this app

I do love this app, but the update is a little but inconvenient. I cant load my line-art/sketch as a reference anymore, and this is making me extremely frustrated. The blend tool blends a huge amount and I dont know how to change the size, and the ruler is very limited. I also cant view the preferences anymore. Im still only really frustrated with the fact that I cant load images, I hope this will be fixed with future updates as I cannot draw without my pencil sketch to do line-art over.

i love this app a lot but id like to see the ability to put our own images underneath again,i really miss that and it makes the app less enjoyable now that I cant

I am quite disappointed in the failure of the developer to provide customer support. I am not particularly impressed with the graphic features, but I did want to understand their "layers". So far, three strikes. Ive written a simple query three separate times about "layers" and all Ive gotten each time was their cutesy "robot" reply. Too bad they cant find the time to respond to simple queries.

Your last review makes application an excellent tool to the architectural field in the realm of sketching. Congratulations to your programmer for this well achieved endeavor. An Architect Designer

I want to murder the undo limit

This is a great app. The one reason I got the pro version was for the auto color. Which is awesome! I wish I hadnt upgraded to version 2 because now that feature is missing

I am not a professional graphic designer but as an engineer I do a lot of sketching on iPad to convey ideas and designs and find myself jumping from one App to another because there is always a vital item missing in every App. Until I found this one. Paper 53 was close but the inability to import photos for use as background is a serious flaw. Sketches Pro tops all of the Apps that I tried and really stands out in its professional approach, minimalism where needed but not at the expense of versatility. 5 stars !!! Only one request from the creators: please add the ability to change opacity of layers. Best done with a small slider underneath each layer. This is especially important for the base layer. Thank you.

I was upset in the big update I couldnt figure out the fill stuff but now it works again. Also can you please make it so that you can add pictures in especially in the bottom layer, fix the glitch where you cant delete the right pictures, and make it so you can recover accidentally deleted drawings? This would be incredible if you fixed all this because I am kind of mad that I cant get my sketches back because of a stupid bug. Thanks.
